Our maintenance and service techs spend countless hours cleaning and sometimes renewing our units. When you receive equipment from Priority Rental, we want the units to seem “like new” each time you rent from us.
Our 25-Step Process
When equipment is returned, we immediately do a visual inspection of the unit to find any physical damage. We then power up the unit to make sure it is functioning properly. We like to confirm the unit was returned in working order.
Next, we do a thorough internal cleaning. This cleaning includes making sure filters are clean, checking refrigerant levels, and cleaning all interior components. Once the unit is cleaned and tested, it is placed into a holding area to await a final inspection. After that final inspection, the unit is stored away until the next time it is rented.
