What a life-saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out, it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow-up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of their way to help in any way they can. I can’t say enough about the service and would recommend this company to anyone. We like the product and service so much that we have asked them to become one of our priority vendors. Great Job!!!!!

Priority Rental provided our company with same day service when our boiler went out the same day as our office Christmas Party. They saved the day. I manage a large restaurant in Center City where the AC went down and it was a long fix. Priority Rental gave the most outstanding customer service I’ve experienced from a vendor in a long time. They arrived within an hour of our request, effectively cooled down the restaurant in time to give better service, and any time there was a malfunction or issue with the equipment they were on the phone or in-person to help out instantaneously. What an amazing experience. If there is a question between which vendor to use, go for these guys first! Ultimate professionals!

Great Pricing and Service. Priority got the specific heaters I needed out within 12 hours of requesting them. The heater are in great shape and work fantastic. We had no prior relationship with Priority,we needed electric heaters on a jobsite asap and wasn’t sure for how long, spoke to Sara Chazin on a Thursday afternoon, we had 2 heaters delivered to NYC by 8am the next morning, we used then for about 6 weeks. Pricing and service was great, couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely use Priority Rentals again.

The Priority team listens carefully to what you need, they give you what you need to solve your problem, then bend over backwards to make it happen. We had a heating emergency in our greenhouse over the Christmas holiday and they took care of us when other companies acted like we had asked them to fly us to the moon.

We elected to install two 12 ton units in-house, a task more difficult than anticipated. Steve Sigmund and Luke Mulholland both paid visits to our site due to installation issues, at no charge. Due to the critical nature of the site Priority provided a third unit as a backup in case of a failure, also without charge. The customer service was exceptional!

I wanted to thank you and your staff for handling our Spot cooler needs this past weekend. Being Honest, I rarely (if ever) accept contracts /quotes  from contractors unless they actually walk the job before hand.
