Luke Mulholland, Owner
Luke has a BS from Shippensburg University and MBA from Syracuse University, Go Orange! Luke is a hands on manager that enjoys working. In his free time he likes to think about working. Luke has 30 years sales and management experience, and is committed to providing the very best service in the HVAC Rental Industry.
Gerry Frey, Owner
Gerry, a graduate from Drexel University, has over twenty-five years of successful experience as a small business owner in multiple service-oriented industries. Gerry currently provides executive consulting to the rental industry, and regularly attends small business group meetings. Gerry’s main focus continues to be sales with a commitment to excellent customer service.
When not doing business-related activities, Gerry enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Rob Johnstone, Owner
Rob graduated from Drexel University. Rob has decades of experiences in sales, management and business ownership. Rob is a former president of CLDA (a national trade association). Rob is a proud father who enjoys golfing and is an avid boater.
Paula DiGuardi, Sales
Paula is a graduate from Lehigh University and brings 15 years of sales and customer service experience to Priority Rental. Paula is passionate about working with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Paula is patient, thoughtful and thorough in presenting and providing temporary heating, cooling and dehumidification solutions.
In her free time she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. With the recent addition of her grandson, her family now spans 4 generations.
Erik Watson, Sales
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University in West Chester, PA, Erik started his industrial sales career. Erik brings 6 years of experience and knowledge to the Priority Rental sales team. His attention to detail and problem solving skills assure customers are receiving the best customer service. For fun, Erik plays golf and enjoys traveling.
Erik covers much of Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Delaware.
Nancy Davidson, Accounting Department
Nancy recently joined Priority Rental as our bookkeeper. She has been an administrator/bookkeeper for over 30 years and her experience, knowledge and attention to detail are a great asset to the company.
Nancy enjoys spending weekends relaxing on her boat with family and friends and going to the beach. She is a proud mom of her older son who is a police officer and her younger son, an avid baseball player, who she loves watching play.
Robert Eganey, Operations Manager
Robert Eganey joins the team as an operations manager. He is a certified HVAC technician with a decade of management experience.
Tom Hurley, Controller
Tom earned his accounting degree at Drexel University. Tom has over 20 years of experience in large technology companies in a variety of roles, including financial analysis, application development, and maintenance contract management. For recreation Tom loves to spend time with family and friends, follow the Philly sports teams and enjoys all sorts of outdoor activity.
Chris Morrison, Service & Install Technician
Chris joined Priority Rental, bringing with him years of extensive maintenance experience. His knowledge and expertise allows Chris to provide superior customer service in the field to each job site he visits. For fun, Chris enjoys riding his mountain bike and exercising.
Jason Goff, Service & Install Technician
Jason attended St. Peter's University. Jason has extensive experience in construction. He is a proud father of a beautiful young lady who is the light of his life and he spends every free minute with her.
Joe Soltanuk, Service & Install Technician
Joe attended electrical trade school and has a decade of experience doing residential and industrial electrical projects. Joe is proficient in job site safety, carpentry, plumbing, and other general labor. Joe’s goal is to offer the best service and solutions to meet and exceed the customer's needs and expectations. Joe’s hobbies include powerlifting and dirt track auto racing.
Matt McCrossen, Service & Install Technician
Matt attended Jersey City University, with extensive experience in transportation and logistics. Matt has worked for Priority since 2004 in several capacities in the Northern NJ and NYC markets. Matt has unsurpassed customer service skills and works closely with customers to make certain every install meets their expectations. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughter’s sports teams.
Will Rivera, Service & Install Technician
Will is bilingual and a long standing member of the Priority Rental team. Will has experience working as a mechanic on diesel engines and HVAC equipment. Will enjoys helping people by providing the best customer service possible. Will’s hobbies include paintball, fishing and camping in the Poconos.
