Emergency Cooling for a Lighting Manufacturer in Chicago

When manufacturing companies have AC outages, it can put everything on hold until the space is able to be cooled. That was the case for a lighting manufacturing business in Chicago. We received a call from them after typical business hours around 6:30pm because their AC broke in part of the plant and the repairs wouldn’t happen in a reasonable amount of time—a very common situation these days! The outage occurred in the rooms to and around their powder coat oven which made it especially important for the AC to get restored.

The customer was very concerned about timing since they were closing that part of the plant at 11:30pm. Luckily, our brand manager was in their area so he was able to swing by to take pictures of the situation so we could give them a quick quote. Our team of techs was then sent out to deliver and install 7 spot coolers and had them up and running by 9:30pm!
